Can you support the QRL Support Squad?

The QRL Support Squad has been established to provide wellbeing support to all players, officials and volunteers within the game. Lending a helping hand or taking some time to support others in our game can be a very rewarding experience.

We can help our officials better manage the pressures they face both on and off the field which will assist them to do their best each and every week. We’re looking for more referees to sign on to the Support Squad ranks.

For any member of the Brisbane Rugby League Referees Association who would like to play a part and become a Support Squad member, our Association will support you on this journey.

You must be a minimum 18 years of age and have a valid Blue Card. The cost to complete the accreditation is $50 and this will be reimbursed to you from the Association. The role itself is voluntary and there is no remuneration.
